The Austin Board of Realtors recently released its number for the month of July and the activity in Crestview for July was very positive compared to 2011. The number of units sold in Crestview rose to 11 in July, a 57% increase versus 2011. That increase also far surpasses the 13% increase Austin saw as a whole.

- $266,400 – the average sales price in Crestview, a 10% decrease versus 2011
- 17 days – the average number of days a property takes to sell, down 61% from 44 days
- 98.4% – the percent of list price that the average home sold for in July, up .7%
- $230.86 – the average price per square foot a property sold for in July, up 16% from $199.63
While the average sales price dropped versus 2011, Crestview had a significant increase in the average price per square foot, a much better indication of the overall value of homes in the area.
